Seller fees that drop as you sell

One platform fee on item + shipping, card processing at cost, nothing else. About the same as Reverb on day one, then your rate falls from 5% to 1% as you build a track record. These are FuzzSwap's planned launch fees (last verified against Reverb's help pages October 28, 2026).

On a $500 sale: $25.00 seller fee + $14.80 card processing = $39.80, about 8.0% all-in.

What's included, and what isn't charged

Platform fee: your tier rate on item + shipping, with a minimum of $0.50 under $50, $1 from $50 to $149.99, and $1.50 at $150 and up.
Card processing: passed through at cost, 2.9% + $0.30 on US cards. Never charged on sales tax.
No listing fees, paid ranking, forced insurance or penalty fees. We don't make a cent from disputes, unpaid orders or penalty fees.
Founding sellers: the first 100 sellers, and sellers who verify their Reverb shop and import their history, start at Trusted (4%).
The fee preview you see before publishing matches your payout to the cent.

Fee FAQ

Is it free to list?

Yes. There's no fee to list or to end a listing. You pay only when something sells.

What's the minimum fee?

The platform fee has a small scaled minimum: $0.50 on sales under $50, $1.00 from $50 to $149.99, and $1.50 at $150 and up.

Can my fee go up?

We'll never raise the rate on an existing tier. Your own rate drops as you move up tiers. If your numbers slip, you get 30 days to recover before you'd move down one tier, and a person reviews any appeal. (Planned; the fee charter is still a draft.)

Is FuzzSwap cheaper than Reverb?

About the same on day one: at the 5% Standard tier with card processing at cost, total fees are close to Reverb's published 5% + 3.19% + $0.49. The difference grows as your tier drops to 4, 3, 2 and 1%. Founding sellers start at 4%.

Who pays card processing?

Processing is passed through at exactly what the card processor charges (2.9% + $0.30 for US cards), shown as its own line before you publish. We cover processing on sales tax.

Can I lose a tier?

Tiers are re-checked nightly. If you slip, you get a 30-day grace period and drop one level at a time, with a reason and a human appeal.

The first 100 sellers start at the Trusted tier: a 4% platform fee instead of 5%, plus card processing at cost. Sellers who verify their Reverb shop and import their history start at 4% too. Buyers can join early access to hear when we open.
